Looks like Perkins had a damn good game. Anyone know how the other recruits faired in their games?

This guy's first post in nearly 8 months just happens to be one saying that one of our most prized recruits was a non-factor in his first game? I'll believe it when I see this corroborated.I worked the sidelines for the Centennial/Northview game. McCoy was a non-factor. Big kid, but seemed to lack speed and quickness. The fact that he played both ways may have had something to do with it.
Also looks to be a really nice kid who could probably benefit from acquiring a mean streak.
I never said quantity of posts equates to better information. I was skeptical of someone posting information after lurking for 8 months. I did not intend it as an insult, and you shouldn't have taken it as such. I'm the kind of person who is wary about unsubstantiated reports or rumors.TG1066, you're an ass because you have no idea what you're talking about. Number of posts makes no difference per the quality of information/opinion (i do believe I've posted more than that, possibly under a different name, but it really doesn't matter). I don't post to hear myself talk or read my own bs. I post when it's relevant. My son plays for Centennial and I worked the chains on the Northview visitor side. I didn't say McCoy was bad or lazy or anything else negative. I just told you he was not a factor in any way. Hell, look at the score and tell me whether you think the NV defense did anything good. I did get to see him interact on the sidelines with the coaches, his teammates and the fans, and as I stated he seemed like a really good kid, and big. I'm sure he will be a fine addition to our team because I trust our coaching staff. However, in this game he and the rest of his team were ineffective. If you want proof, Mr High and Mighty sitting in Plano, go check out the GPB.org website and watch the game for yourself.
