If we dont play more kids per game than we're playing right now 4 things happen:
1. We'll have no experienced backups for this season in case of injuries
2. We'll have no eexperienced backups for next season when kids graduate
3. It REALLY hurts recruiting when kids know that if they aren't starters they'll rarely see the field.
4. Starters get tired.
I know we're short handed, but we've got to find a way to get other kids on the field. We're only making a bad situation worse by sticking with our starters til they are exhausted. (PS - Exhaustion leads to injuries)
This is the only area where I'm really concerned about Gailey's coaching.
