Good grief, the media thinks he's only better than Carl Franks, who's 5-40 at Dook. Tommy Bowden and David Cutcliffe are the only other two that far down on the list that had a winning record last year.

FWIW, the Fridge is #3 on the list and Richt is #5, while St. Bobby has dropped to 40th.

This should get some flaming started both ways.

CFN's complete list

I see no validity in this list, all the top guys had a good year last year, and all the bottom guys are from small conferences, so it seems they are saying if you aren't in a major conference then you can't be a good coach? Vandy's coach was great in D-1AA but since he struggled his first year they rank him as a bad coach around #100?

Street and Smith's preview magazine has Tech's coaching staff ranked 8th out 9. I have my doubts if we have the right coaches but now we have to forget the rankings and play ball.

I also noticed that they predicted that Chan Gailey's odds to be at Tech five years from now was 70%. WOW.
