Ill put Alex Smith on the prayer list at my church Sunday. If he gets Gailey, he'll need it.
 
Gailey is an NFL coach. Period. He could be very successful in an environment where the players just need to be left alone and told what to do and not taught how to do it.
 
I'm excited for the guy. Honestly, the 49ers can't get any worse and he seems to fit the bill of pulling them out of the danger zone. Maybe it'll work out.
 
In cae you haven't noticed a couple of Gaileyesque 9-7 years would look really good to the 49ers along about now.

That could be true; unless Ball and Bennett are much better quarterbacks than what they showed under Gailey.
 
Somehow I think playing football in a Gaily way will be popular in San Francisco.
