Call the people who sell them.
You should be able to call the SID Office to buy one.
Whoever's in charge of game programs should be willing to send you one after they receive your check.
Such was the case when I ordered the GT at AU game program about a month after the game.
No, you cannot do this online, or with a CC, it's pretty much an old-fashioned agreement between you and a secretary
