I have followed Georgia Tech football since 1983. We have experienced eight seasons of nine wins or more during that time. Paul Johnson has three of those seasons.

O'Leary had two of those seasons.

Ross had one - ( National championship )

Gailey and Curry each had one.

Eight in thirty two years.

They don't happen that often. I choose to enjoy the ride when we get them. Right now I just want the team to improve and get better for next year.

I could not begin to care less about 2014 than right now. 2014 was nice...in 2014.

All the positivity and momentum from 2014 is long, long gone.

For twenty two of those seasons you've been following, we only played eleven games.

I agree with the spirit of what you're saying, but looking at per season win total is a bit out of whack when the person you're defending gets a 1-AA freebie as well as an easy in to one of the umpteen bowls we have now and the others didn't.

This season just sucks. It's really, really bad. There's no way to sugarcoat it by referencing last year or our historical mediocrity. It doesn't mean CPJ should be fired, or is a bad coach, but people aren't going to be happy with him about a season like this, nor should they be.
