Get your hexacomb fix! (while supplies last)

It will be a pretty cool part of GT history. With the added benefit of donating to GTAA.

Glad we are benching these. Probably more about the color that was used than anything else. Guessing we go to a solid white helmet with a Tech Gold GT.

I didnt hate them as much as most. If I had money to burn, I would buy one to add to my wrong shade of everything/ill conceived Tech gear collection.

Imo, our helmets look a lot better with a white stripe, flanked by 2 navy stripes.

No thanks. Don't eff with our classic helmets.

The single solid gold stripe on the white alternate helmets is a good look though. Or the white helmets from the 2006 Calvin unis.

This style - regardless of blue or black stripes & outlines - was introduced by Carson in 1967 & used again in 1968.

The so-called 2006 Calvin Throwback was the helmet we wore from 1969-1971.

When Fulcher arrived, the helmets reverted to the style shown & uni's to the Dodd-styles of 1967 & before, plus white shoes & over the calf pro-style socks. The lone nit-pick exception that has somehow survived to this day is the use of only 2 stripes on the sleeve/cuff vice the black-white-gold-white-black tri-color.

From the stands, you couldn't see the honeycomb. Even on regular camera shots on TV, you couldn't tell. The close ups, for the sidelines and for the huddle, that's when it become evident. So it never really bothered me.

I loved the honeycomb but did not get how the öööö it was related to a yellow jacket.

Is there some alt liberal world where jackets now are honey makers?

Whose stupid idea was that? I am sure the PJ haters will blame our beloved and 3rd most successful coach who has beat the mutts at least 2 or 3 times in 10.

Chan would have never allowed that bs on our helmets.

Hockey helmets don’t have such trash grafted to the skin.

Have you ever seen a Yellow Jacket's nest?
