I want to see this, too. You know when a block causes Ooos and Ahhhhs from the crowd that’s picked up on TV it’s a great block.anyone have gif or video of the block Stewart threw in first quarter (I think)?

There are "YouTube to GIF" sites if you really want a GIF.
Best uniforms we've had in a while. Love the chicken wireCan't believe I just realized we were wearing chicken-wire white helmets on Saturday. I was at the game watching intently... and somehow overlooked this fact. Musta blocked out the ugly.
It's also unnecessary to blow someone up when they aren't looking and defenseless. Gotta get these plays out of football for its long-term viability as a sport.Crackback blocks are the easiest and best blocks in the entire sport! They're awesome!
...well, that and chop blocks!
Or maybe the defensive player should watch out for blocks. He’s certainly going to blow up Stewart or anyone else if given the opportunity. It's also unnecessary to blow someone up when they aren't looking and defenseless. Gotta get these plays out of football for its long-term viability as a sport.

He could have said "Excuse me, may I block you?"Nothing dangerous about that block. He hit the guy in the chest, from the front, he didn’t leave his feet or hit him in the head and he didn’t drive him to the turf. If that block bothers you, you may need to stop watching.
I was actually referring to vicious crack-back blocks in general where the defender gets destroyed, not Brad Stewarts block. I dont even remember his block exactly. Look, you can be an internet tough guy and tell me to go watch figure skating, blah blah, but I love football and want to see it around in 20 years. If you haven't noticed, player safety is a major issue and changes to the game are necessary or else nobody will let their kids play anymore. I am just saying the game needs to evolve the more dangerous plays out of game, and the decleating crack-back is one of them.Nothing dangerous about that block. But it wasn't the chicken-out game, was it?I was the white out game, was it not?
Maybe. UNC's offense didn't show up.But it wasn't the chicken-out game, was it?
You mean like how it's against the rules for a wide receiver to block in the direction of the line of scrimmage now? And has been for a couple years?
I guess the rules change was only on cut blocks. I thought it was for everything.
Love the chicken wire
