Watched the Eastern North Carolina basketball semi-finals at ECU tonight - Florida OT recruit Xavier Nixon led his team, Fayetteville Jack Britt, to a win over Raleigh Panther Creek. This guy is a freak, 6'7", 275, no fat, moves great. He had 17 points and 14 boards. He is a Julius Peppers type of athlete with great feet.
He was North Carolina's #2 player this year. I feel sure he will play at 300 pounds at Florida and it will be muscle. Since his final five schools included UNC, Miami, and NCSU I am delighted he will be a Gator. Can't wait to see him decleat a few Dawgs in Jacksonville.
