It's funny how little understanding folks have of Vegas - this comes up again and again and again. Vegas is trying to predict a number where 50% of the money will go to each side. They're not trying to predict outcomes of games.

I would think that the national betting perception is that Army (and other service academies) are pushovers, therefore bettors are betting against them moreso than betting for GT. I think most GT fans are leary of a 25 point line given our history as a heavy favorite - but we're talking about a fanbase of <100k (with a very small subset of that population being gamblers). The college football gambling population is probably well into the tens of millions. So, the few GT fans trying to make a quick buck aren't likely going to move the needle on a "bad" line.
 
Maybe Chan will remember that we used to bee considered on a TOP 25 scale. I doubt it.

Because I wasn't thru editing. I didn't post. My computer just kind of reared up and took control (that's the only way I can 'splain it. I didn't hit send I was looking for another key and WHAMMO!)

In any event, good luck painting a pretty Chan picture.
 
Trust me i get it!!! Ive won and lost many times w/ CFA. But you all know that when some one looks at the lines/odds they would call us an overwhelming favorite.

My point is do you think we are that much of a favorite.
 
yea good huh? I hate Colorado and that wack ref that called the clip 40 yds from Rocket Ishmail as he took it to the house ...which nullified our outright tittle in 90.
