At one time there was talk on the board of GOL oweing GT a large sum of money and that he was to/should pay it back.

For the ones of us that are not as up to snuff as the majority, could someone give us some update on that matter? Or was there any validity in the statement to start with?
Thanks much!

Tech opted not to pursue getting it back.

Source?

A Life Member told me that Radakovich advised the Life Members in a meeting that the GTAA reached a settlement with O'Leary (under Braine) and that payments willl be made by O'Leary to the GTAA over a period of time starting in 2007. Radakovich did not disclose the amount or time period of the payments.

It could be $1/month for 3 months for all I know, but I trust my source when he said that Tech pursued and reached a settlement.

You are correct!

I also believe that a part of the deal is to keep the terms of the agreement private and that's why no one knows the arrangement.

What he actually said was that the matter was resolved and that he wasn't at liberty to discuss the terms, but it had been factored into the forward-looking budgets that they were using to project the impact of the new Tech Fund program..
