I'm sorry you feel that way about our coach. You certainly have a right to post your opinion. I do think the personal attack on 83jacket was uncalled for.
My question is ..... have you e-mailed or written or called Coach Gailey to express your opinion directly. Have you e-mailed or written or called Dave Braine to express your opinion directly? Seems to me this would be much more effective and to the point then hiding behind a font on a message board.
Have you urged your two friends (Beeware and Father Wasp?
) on the selection committe to call Dave Braine with their opinion? Have you advised them that maybe those kinds of things should be kept "in-house" rather than taking it outside to non committee members like yourself.
Coach Gailey has a lifetime in coaching to build a track record. Some impressive, some not so impressive. But he is not an idiot and it really doesn't make him one for you or any of your "friends" in the coaching profession to say so. I suggest to take your beef to him and the people who hire and retain him.
You're just a font to us. Probably even a good guy in a personal setting. But we certainly aren't aware of any proof behind what you say. And I'm apologizing in advance for any misspellings or grammatical errors that irritate you. Just assume its a typo and move on.
