Greatest. Woman. Ever.

I sat beside two old(er) women at the UGA/USCe game this year in the good guy section who made the trip on a bus from somewhere in Carolina. They were awesome. Too bad I was with some of the bad guys and the two ladies had to put up with their shiite.

She better be in her seat by 5:45 and damn well better be standing up on 3rd down

4 little disrespectful, ungrateful, undeserving grandkids. I'd be at my grandad's side with GT - as I was until his death in 1983 (and obviously still am after his death).

They should honor her by letting her ride in the wreck to lead the team out.

The woman is a saint. Can't help but think "That's me one day."

Except for the whole "living past 30" thing.

I bet she screams the Budweiser song and yells "To Hell with Georgia" like her daddy used to do... when he was one of the first students at Tech :laugher:

My grandmother (just turned 92 this week) is as big a Tech fan as I know. She's completely capable of going to games if she were in town - she moved to Florida (Orlando then Key West) several years ago. But she gets too pissed off when things don't go well.

Think Alae Risse is wondering who the hell these Hokies are, and why everyone thinks that they've got tradition? God knows I am, and I'm not even a third her age. God Bless her.

This is why I, please note: in no creepy way or form, love old-women like this! (However I do love a good cougar...) I am surprised she made it though the Chan Failey years.

The AJC wrote this? Sounds like they are sucking up now that we are on top.

I'm pretty sure the AJC just writes about whoever does good, like any other media outlet with multiple teams to cover. Notice how the Pittsburgh Pirates never get any love on ESPN.
