Help me understand why Wake would be ranked lower then BC? That alone makes me doubt the amount of intelligent thought that went into this list. They've also got Virginia ranked two spots ahead of UNC...

It seems to me that CFN has always been more honest about their picks than the two polls that count. I thought they always seemed to pick their top teams pretty well.
 
I started to read it, and low and behold I didn't get past #1...OSU

"...uhhhhhhh, letdown/lookahead or not, that was an awful performance against Ohio. The No. 1 spot is held for one more week as a placeholder. Beat USC and there's no problem. Lose, and then the debate begins"

1) the debate began a long time ago...like at the end of the 2006 season.

2) if osu loses to usc, there is NO debate...OSU should've been ranked 10-15 for the last 2 years as it is. What have they done to get #1????


That said it is nice to see GT crack a couple of these polls. Whether it's deserved or not, time will tell...
