So close to be a winning type of defense. Still too inconsistent. Still not sound in zone drops, but we are seeing more blitzing as CNW promised. Have to get better on this side so we can close out this season on a run

Agree that I'd like to see some more press coverage mixed in on the blitzes. To me, the LB play against the run is getting better and the DL is improving tremendously. We're just not doing a good job of diagnosing routes and have to do a better job of rerouting receivers to impact timing and make the QB hold the ball the extra fraction of a second it takes for our blitz to reach home.
