We were top ten before UVa. Fat lot of good getting 3 TO from Cavman did us.

So to beat F$U, I figure that we need F$U to turn it over on every possession Each drive. Then, maybe, we have a shot assuming Gavin makes the trip.

Where is Duke at now? They were high also when we played them, and they were just gifted 8 turnovers from Miami last weekend.

This was discussed in another thread. Not just turnovers, the D needs pick-sixes and scoop and scores. Maybe a safety or two. Basically we need the defense to help cover some of the gaps in the offense by scoring all the points.

I feel like an abused spouse. I think at anytime we are "gonna do better" and start scoring points and we just struggle.

Other teams can make routine play calling look easy. UVA has that bootleg play that worked over and over. We just looked lost. Always in 3rd and long. Taking big sacks. No underneath routes. TE's absent. No power running game

It’s God’s punishment for how you treated your ex-wives. It’s time for you to repent and ask for forgiveness so we can be good again.

Just don't kill yourself. Yeah, GT football might be good again, but think of the negatives like....

Really ironic that we get TOs but with the pathetic Offense, it does little good.Remember '14 when got TOs and it was a big yr. hmmm

To win the ACC we need the defense to score 3 maybe 4 touchdowns a game.
I don’t know, I feel like this is asking too much of the defense each week. We just need the defense to score more than the other team’s offense. Then we have a puncher’s chance.

Are blocked punts turnovers?
I think your question becomes a lot more interesting when a team blocks a third down punt. Dodd used to punt on third down to catch the other team by surprise and flip the field. Dodd’s strategy was like Robert E. Lee’s: its all about relative position.
