GT Sells Out Its Allotment

And yet I still have no confirmation of my request being fulfilled. Anyone else out there in this boat?

How many tickets are able to distributed total? What fraction of that # is our allotment and what fraction is LSU's allotment? I am assuming a large amount go to corporate sponsors and such.

I was told last week I'd get an email today...still no email, I'm going to call the ticket office here pretty soon if I don't hear anything.

GA Dome - 72,000
GT - 17,500 (I guess this includes GT admin, band, players' families/friends)
LSU - 17,500
Other - 37,000 - corporate, ACC and SEC league representatives, ACC and SEC team representatives, additional allotment requested by schools, etc.
 
I was told yesterday I would get an e-mail today.

Still nothing.
 
I just called the GTAA and they told me that I would be getting my tickets, they would be in the section that I requested, and they're mailing the tickets next week.

I reserved lower EZ and I asked if I would get lower EZ and they said yes.
 
I give them an F for communication. Might save them a lot of phone calls if they would just send the e-mails as they have been promising for a week...

Guys, I'm a little worried because I ordered tickets but I haven't received any contact from the GTAA confirming that I am getting my seats. Do you think I'm in trouble here?

You've obviously never dealt with the ticket office before. I've been patient, but I have heard nothing from them and my credit card has not been charged. I will give them a call tomorrow to confirm my status.

Yankees (and Mets) way down on the priority list. Better call StubHub.
 
Yeah, I received an email saying I would get tickets and be billed this week. Nothing yet. Other 3 guys I have season tickets with are in the same boat.

I got bumped from lower sideline and requested club endzone instead of lower endzone.
