Hank Aaron was one of the biggest Atlanta sport legends of all time. We've temporarily retired a number before, as recent as 2020 with #7.
I see no problem with this.

So what are Milwaukee teams doing to honor Hank Aaron?
Who cares what Milwaukee is doing? It's about Atlanta. He's probably the most important athlete on and off the field our city will ever see especially regarding civil rights. To do nothing would be classless. To retire a number for one year is not that big a deal. You guys are missing the big picture or you are just some stuck up twats.
