I used muvee producer,it's a video program that came with my laptop.
I'm pissed off b/c youtube cut a lot of our Yellow Jackets heads off! Oh well.
 
Not trying to be a know-it-all, but youtube has some guides on what to do to your video before you post it. Like what resolution to produce your video-

From youtube's help section-
We recommend the MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 320x240 resolution with MP3 audio, at 30 frames per second. Resizing your video to these specifications before uploading will help your clips look better on YouTube.

If you want to re-render the video at 320x240, it may turn out how you want.
