Anybody with knowledge or a best guess at uva gametime??? Trying to solidify some plans for that day. Thanks!

Speaking of the UVA game, do 2 year olds need a ticket? My grandbabies will be visiting and we are considering taking our granddaughter to the game.

I think the general rule of thumb is that if the kids can fit in your lap, then no ticket is neccessary. I believe the rule is written as 2 or younger doesn't need a ticket.

From experience, be prepared for a fairly miserable experience. Unless someone within your party is gonna fall on the sword and walk around with the little ones, don't expect to get into the game much at all.

From experience every child is different. We have brought our 6 y/o to games since birth and he watches and asks questions the entire time. Another kid may not be able to sit still more than 5 minutes.

This, I have a 6 year old daughter that loves to watch the game. I've seen others though that can't do it.

You managed to get your 1 to 2 year old to sit there for 3+ hours "watching" the game!?

Dam Son.

Our son went to Tech games from birth. He loved it. My wife usually took him for a good walk in the third quarter. But, he always insisted on being back for “up and down” (Budweiser). Now, that son takes his own son to every ECU game and has since he was six months old. We sit with my daughter, son-in-law and four year old grandson at ECU games and they go to one Tech game a year with us. Tailgates are fun with a four and one year old. But, they love it. They sing the ECU fight song and The Ramblin Wreck. The one year old starts flapping his arms and shouting “fookball” when he enters a stadium. Of course he is a football coach’s son. The Biblical wisdom must be followed, “bring up a child in the way that they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart.” THWG
