Has anyone mentioned Marshall??

ACC "Expansion" is a consistent topic. I keep reading WVU, but has anyone noticed their AD is seriously low on funds.
However, the other WVa. native Marshall runs roughshod over the MAC in football and puts a consistent product on the field. Perhaps Miami, VT, and Marshall. Only VT lacks a basketball program with a pulse. Marshall was good under Billy Donovan and the profile of the ACC could boost them to the FSU/Clemson level.

But where would the play-in game go...

Don't want either of WVU or Marshall...extremely low academic standards -- both for admission and progress -- would make it difficult for GT and several other current ACC schools to compete with them for recruits. Plus, neither brings much else to the table, i.e., television market, ease of travel, good basketball, etc.
