this is why we would keep giff smith and charles kelly.

I also think we could make a move to bring back Geoff collins as a positions coach and recruiting expert. I know for a fact he would come back in a heart beat say if we offered him the TE coaches spot.

I am not as worried about that.

He is interesting but, we once hired a 1 year wonder and it was a huge mistake. Before this season what was his overall record.

the turn around job he did at central michigan was more than miraculous. I am basing him more on that than Cinnci. He took a 2 win team and in three years made them a 9 win team and won the MAC.
