One of the biggest arguments for keeping Gailey was that it was a "bad year" to be searching for a replacement. I don't really see any overlap in the guys we are seeking with other schools.
 
Thats what happens when your top choice is a 30ish unproven assistant.

Yes I did hear it. I don't really care about JF. Was anyone really that enamored with him? FSU sucked on offense this year too.

I don't know why Jimbo was such a hot commodity. I'd rather have Muschamp (or Tenuta) than Jimbo.

You just made a pretty good case as to why someone like Hatcher would not come in as an OC. Doing so ties his fate to the success of a team for which you have no control over, other than calling the plays.

Its a lot easier to get a pass as a DC than an OC because the results are a little hazier.
