The latest info I have found says that he resumed practicing in mid November but wasn't ready when the cutoff to be reactivated came. I presume he will be healthy for camp.
Waller played mostly special teams for the Ravens but went on IR in October with a hamstring injury. Dunno what the future holds for either of them but I really want them to make it. I guess they were affected by our curse last year.

Waller could be a breakout TE IMO. I think Smelter will eventually be a solid #2 receiver.
