Yeah, its not like they haven't won it two years in a row....

Or that they've been to the ACCCG something like 4 out of their first 5 years or so....

We might be the better team this year, but they beat us. They deserve it.
 
I fully disagree that they deserve it. You have to earn it to deserve it, I do not think they earned it.

Well the criteria to be there were to have the best record in the Coastal Division and have beaten the other team with whom you were tied. So they most certainly did earn it.

You may not like them but that doesn't mean they didn't do exactly what they needed in order to go to the ACCCG.

They beat us by all of THREE points at their place, while we were still installing PJ's offense. That's not even considering some very questionable officiating. If we play them now, we would obliterate them something like 42-10.

And that's my point, they pretty much backdoored into the ACCCG.

What difference does any of that make? They did what they needed to get there and what we might do now is immaterial. Jeez, talk about whining.

??? What points did you present? I must have missed them. Only points I saw presented were by JOJATK.

They beat us. Blame it on the officials, blame it on our inexperience with the offense, blame it on turnovers -- I do not care what you blame it on, but they got a W and we got an L. And that is why they represented our half--and not us.

Whining is a long tradition in College football, if we as fans weren't allowed to whine, message boards wouldn't exist.

If fans weren't allowed to whine football wouldn't exist. If you take the actual game time for a typical team and strung it together it would only be about 40 hours a year. If there wasn't at least a 10:1 ratio of whining time to actual playing time it wouldn't occupy enough time to be really important to anybody, kind of like Wimbledon or something.
 
I feel better about it since they destroyed BC yesterday. I expected BC to win and Virginia Tech played very well and deserved to be champs.
 
The long and short of it is--THAT'S FOOTBALL--s**t happens--breaks and bad refs are part of the game--tho sometimes it is soooo hard to ACCEPT!!
