our team showed all these things in the win this past weekend. they did not "steal" a win as other posts have been saying. this team did what they could and needed to in order to win a ballgame. Nesbitt made huge plays out of nothing. Bebe was probably one the most unnoticed key players. He made some outstanding blocks when he should and made catches. He was a huge part of Nesbitt's big runs. he was the lead blocker. Dwyer broke off a huge td run. the defense made the plays in the redzone and in the second half. the guys were tough all game.

also there was great coaching. i saw greg smith get his butt dragged off the field for not laying a block. i dont believe he came back on the field after that. i am very displeased with his play so far this year.

Overall the game was fun to watch. Our offense might not have looked too pretty but as CPJ says in this style offense we will fumble. thats ok because this offense also has the chance to strike fast and strike a lot.

If Greg Smith has deserved to be on the field then he has certainly underperformed and/or underachieved for most of his career. Disappointing. Maybe CPJ will get through to him and get his full potential out of him.

He had TWO huge blocks on Nesbitt's big scramble in the second half. First, he sealed of his guy until Nesbitt got around the corner. He he dropped the corner, ran up field ahead of Nesbitt and laid another block. It got Josh an extra few yards and gave him time to get out of bounds before taking a hit.
