Cam Newton comes to mind. Not really sure how common it is. Have to give that some thought.

Hurts and Burrows graduated so they should have had immediate eligibility. Fields shouldn’t have had immediate eligibility, but he claimed uGA was a racist university so I assume the NCAA was afraid of a lawsuit. Tate Martell’s immediate eligibility should have resulted in a federal investigation.

That’s the reason I take QB recruiting with a grain of salt. Probably most of the top 25 will eventually start for a different team. I hate it, but that’s reality.
