First off, congratulations to everyone who supported this team all year, even during the low points. What a reward at the end, and what a hell of a third quarter that was!

Second, I'm sorry if this has been addressed somewhere on the forum already, but I would like one or two DVD copies of the Georgia game. Is there a way to buy one from the GTAA or any other seller?

Also, I do have the broadcast preserved on my DVR if anyone knows of an efficient way to transfer that to DVD without buying a bunch of equipment (preferably with commercials and halftime edited out.)

Thanks for any input or suggestions.

PMs welcome.

I worked on one over the weekend. There was a thread earlier on it where people could request it once I was done with it.

I guess I'll take the opportunity to give a status update. Unfortunately, the person who originally released the 720p rip from his DVR had encoded the first quarter in slight different settings such that I couldn't just stitch them together. This meant instead of compiling chapters over the weekend, I had to spend it reencoding all 4 quarters... So, the DVD is coming (to those who had requested it in the previous thread) but I ran into some problems initially. The good news is the encoding is over and I just need to assemble it now. Unfortunately, I will be away from home staring the 13th through New Years (gonna be at the Peach Bowl) so it won't be until the start of January before I can start burning the DVDs... I will create a new thread when that happens with details on how to get your copy .

Thanks for all the people who have expressed interest and sorry for the delays.

Any chance of putting the DVD disc image in a torrent online to make it easier for others to burn it?

Most definitely... In fact, I would almost prefer that since mailing DVDs is a hassle but I'll still provide the service for the ST crowd that isn't BitTorrent saavy.

Is it possible to put a second torrent up that's in HD? I'm guessing it should be able to fit on a dual-layer DVD.

Noticed the encoding problem too. Didn't play nicely with my video software, and definitely didn't stream very well to the xbox. Looking forward to a better version and Ill do what I can to help seed.
