I saw that and thought the same thing.

Would it really be an "upset" though? i mean seriously...
 
I guess it's an upset since BC is a 7 point favorite... In all honesty, I think we are more even.
 
Herbstreit is a poor prognosticator for GT in recent years... For some reason, I hate to hear any of ESPN's Game Day analysts pick us to win

Because in the past, we have consistently let everyone down in the games we were supposed to win or expected to make a good run at an upset. That's over now.
 
Herbstreit is pretty good...he picked ECU over VT last week, and Utah over Michigan.

I don't know why BC is favored so much. Ryan? Gone. Challenger? Gone. Callender? Gone. PJ, Dwyer, Nesbitt, Vance Walker, Michael Johnson? Here.
 
Because their DL is very good and our OL is a work in progress.

Hard to find +7 anywhere anymore, bet down to +6.5. If you can get it, jump on it. That half point is worth probably 20 to 25 points on the vig (so I'd take +6.5 -105 and +7 -130 equally).

1) We are playing at BC
2) BC Stuffed our running game last year and we are a running team
3) We have an inexperienced team with a new scheme

It's not hard to see why.

What does the -105 and -130 represent ?
 
Do you people bet online through bodog or something similar? Is it legal? and can you just use a credit card? I have always wondered about the legality of betting online.
 
just find a bookie...no paper trail.

When you make a bet, say GT +7 -130, it means you're betting $1.30 to win $1. If you wagered $13 and won, you'd win $10.

On the other hand if the bet was GT +7 +130, you'd be betting $1 to win $1.30. If you wagered $10 and won, you'd win $13.
