We wait all year for the football season. If we don't make a bowl, we'll be looking at about a 280 day wait for next season. So, let's not give up on this season.

I'm not predicting that we'll do it, but I believe we could win all our remaining games, repeat as State Champs and go to a bowl.

Our offense seems to be improving. If the defense keeps trying and gets some turnovers, we could beat all of our remaining opponents.

We'll be playing good teams, but we're not as bad as our record makes us look. There have been times this year when FSU & UGA looked beatable, and we're competitive with the other three.

Paul Johnson is still a great coach, and we're due for some breaks. So, I haven't given up hope. I think we'll surprise FSU and then get on a roll.
 
Avenge last year's FSU loss, beat VT and Miami again, go to a bowl, and start a win streak over UGA. That would be a really good season to me.
 
Well as bad as our luck has been in the first half...

Don't worry CF, those of us with positive outlooks are here. We the ones just reading and laughing at all the butthurt.

GT football to me is about far more than the game itself. Its about coming back to campus every fall and enjoying the weather and our beautiful campus. And returning to my seats with a fabulous view of the glorious Atlanta skyline. Those of you that don't come to see games in person are really missing out.

This, and the beginning of the season is largely forgotten in the annuls of history...
 
I approve this thread!!

Looking forward to Bobby Dodd Stadium under the lights. That's just what we need. I believe that place will be rocking!!

I really hope CPJ has some new tricks to pull out of his pants, cause the game this weekend would be the game to do it, would be a huge turning point for the team if they could pull out a win against a tough criminoles team!
 
+1 on the positive outlook team! Look, I'll take a bad season for an Orange Bowl appearance, ACC appearance, and/or victory over the Dwags every few years. CPJ has shown he can take us to (almost) the highest heights... I still have faith.

In the meantime, there's whiskey to help.
 
And the game vs Free Shoes U needs EVERY Tech fan, STUDENT, alum, etc to show up early, WEARING WHITE, and scream your lungs out....we need this game, but the student-athletes need us to push them on. DO NOT GIVE UP - be relentless and pack BDS!
