Because cyp has been calling you everyday, you put him on hold for half an hour and then the phone hangs up. This happened three times already, wtf man???? We're trying to purchase season tix, answer the goddamn phone you stupid pieces of öööö.

They still deserve to get yelled at for putting the wrong number on their own website. How many people couldn't buy tix because of this öööö?

Didn't someone else start a thread that they wouldn't answer their phone back around the bowl game maybe?

Call this number and see if you can't get some tix...404-385-4423. Seriously. I got this number last summer from the Ticket Office rep.

What's wrong with you guys? They always take my calls. Maybe they've decided we've gotten to the place where we don't need "bad fans" anymore. Can finally start culling the herd.

I have my own personal sales rep. Noobs.

this
really helps to develop this relationship if you ever think you might "need 2 extra for the ________ game"
my personal rep was helpful a few times finding seats if not next to me, very very close by for friends for big games

Yeah, we all do. Too much trouble. I expect anyone who answers the phone over there to know me and snap to it. It's kinda like they're all my own personal sales reps.

i didnt want to say anything, but they are using a called-ID/marketing system that identifies the caller and then routes them to the proper extension based on who it is. People that donate to GTAA and ATFund and the like; well, their calls get answered.

if they see that you have been selling tickets on Facebook, or hosting inappropriate tailgates with tomfoolery, swashbucklery, or jidahi influences, then your call gets routed to the dead end

highest marginal ROI on marketing/sales$
