I've been hoping to see a post by you that we have a recruit 7'11&1/2" tall, 485lb and can run the 40 in 4.3 sec. He works out by running across his cow pasture with a Brahma bull under ea arm for a mile or two daily.

Since I'm not seeing this post by you can you share w/us anything a'tall? We're starving for knowledge here.
