Every position group he's coached while here has gotten demonstrably worse. Our assistant coaches have generally been subpar for a while and he's part of the problem.

Coach Mac is an excellent recruiter and I can't remember what job it was but the school asked PJ if he was interested - this was well before he came to Tech - but he said no and said they ought to take a look at Andy. They wound up hiring Andy.
