This is why VT is such a joke of a program. Ignoring the lack of any semblance of accomplishment, tradition, or brand - they have got to have the dumbest ööööing fanbase in the country.

Last year they talked about how well they were stopping the run but we hit 2 lucky deep throws where they had breakdowns in the secondary. HEY DUMBFUCKS you were playing aggressive safeties which opens you up to plays over the top. That’s a god damn choice Foster made.

This year they play their safeties back to not get beat deep and they joke how we can’t pass and complain about why they aren’t loading the box.

They had a decade of Vicks and Tyrod and won (regular season) games without ever having to learn anything about football. Now they suck and don’t understand why.
 
Paul Johnson plays checkers while everyone else plays chess?
Edit: I noticed I'm getting negative votes. While I usually deserve/proudly earn my negatives, in this case I was just joking about the "beginner chess" comment from the VT dude lol.

We ran very little option last night. We were basically a fb dive, qb follow, and jet sweep team. You don’t get more basic than that. Techmobowl 1990 had more plays than that.

VT’s defense is just very young this year and got manhandled. Just like Miss State and Kentucky in the bowl games. Teams just don’t know how to handle an under center power running game anymore.
 
Doesn't matter how you do it. Ultimate goal is to score more points than the opponent.

Although, it would be cool for CPJ just to have us come out against VT to start a game and run 5 wides for a half. Then, go back to the option game.
