Holy Nebraska

I don’t know a lot about Nebraska, aside from it was a big deal for us to beat them in the ‘91 Citrus Bowl, but… seems like reality is catching up to them. Does the state have enough home grown talent to maintain the program at a high level? I doubt it. Do players from GA, CA, TX, FL want to move to Nebraska? Seriously doubt it! They were a blue blood, sure, but I believe that ship has sailed.

You hit it. The higher ups need to make not only the school but the town of Lincoln attracting to these kids. The days of Tommy Fraziers coming there are over. Something has to change for that program to be elite again and it's bigger than the school.

Do players want to move to Oklahoma? No. Coaching, $, and getting kids to the NFL are what matters.
 
I live next door in Iowa and here is what I have to look forward to today:

Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Any fires
that start could spread rapidly.

Good actors; crummy human beings.
Best things to come out of Nebraska are William Jennings Bryan and some of the best prime beef in the country.
 
Cheap booze and entertainment in Nebraska....but it is kind of a BOGO deal.
