What's the rule on a horsecollar tackle? Does it only apply if you actually have the ball?
When Jordan fumbled on the 3, live and on stadium replay, it looked like a Miami guy put the mother of all horsecollars on him to pull him away from recovering the ball. Might have been a personal foul during the play, GT ball and first down, right? Did we get hosed?
In any event, we basically had a 21 point swing on 2 maybe questionable turnovers - the red zone fumble and the forward progress strip. Made the game feel a little more hopeless than it actually was.
