If Vegas can get people to take a sucker bet they will. More people know VPI is bad than we are bad. They probably got a lot of bets on us. People were pounding GT+7 last week and we almost rewarded them.

Then why do lines move?

I'm not saying that the goal is to have 50/50 split of money bet on each team so all the casino gets is the vig. If the sharps can fleece the dumb money they will do that. But you can bet your ass if the money isn't coming in the way the expect they will move the line to tilt it to where they want it.
