Title says it all. How is he playing without sitting out a year?

I know it was mentioned somewhere in the threads about him transferring, but I have searched and couldn't find it.

You don't have to sit out a year if you transfer to D1-AA or lower.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if he's graduated from GT (I believe he has) and is going elsewhere for grad school, he doesn't have to sit out. I think.

That rule was eliminated the year after it was created.

I'm pretty sure Yahoo! is incorrect. That rule was eliminated the year after they instituted it.

I believe the rule is still intact in some form. Part of the rule is still in effect. The requiremnet, I believe, is that the new school offers and the player enrolls in a program which his original school did not have.
