ask is because his name was thrown around quite a bit yesterday, and I cannot remember. Was record 1 and 10 lst season, then fired? Having argument with son. Please help. Thanks

You are correct Bizzybee the record was indeed 1-10 and from the looks of yesterday's game we very well may have Bill Lewis the second in charge now.
Doggone if we can't pick them.
 
Excuse me Bizzybee his record his last year was 1-10. Don't remember exactly what his first year but I believe it was 5-6. I misread your post the first time hence the wrong answer.
 
Thanks, BB. So he was here for 2 seasons? Wow! I said just one, but I have been known to be wrong, but that was the time when I thought I had made a mistake. Ha!
 
According to the GT FB Media Guide, Lewis was officially 5-6 in 1992, 5-6 in 1993, and 1-7 in 1994 before O'Leary became head coach. That's an 11-19 overall record for a .367 winning percentage.
