Anyone know the ticket sales count for the Jax State Game?

thanks to GGGT I have at least 2 tickets locked down

I just wanted to know how they were selling for the first game, I know the AJC reported harshly about season ticket sales

Don't know, but I will shamelessly repost my attempt to get two extra here (had posted in off topic) -

I already have 4 season tickets, but my wife is looking for 2 tickets for one of the attorneys in her law firm (GT fan). Would prefer either lower west or club level for them if possible (guy is taking his dad apparently). PM if you are selling any...

The AJC is a load of crap. Season ticket sales this year were down a whopping 200 tickets from last year, and the season hasn't even started yet, yet they took the opportunity to make a sensational headline out of it.

What a farce of a newspaper.

Were last year's season ticket sales good?

In case you guys haven't figured it out yet, the guy that creates the headlines for us, creates them in a way that will get the most clicks. That's his job. The way you get the most clicks is to make the headline interesting to leg humpers. It sucks, but such is life until we starting winning.

Last years sales were based on a team coming off a divisional title with Clem, VT, BC, UGa, UNC, Army, and Samford (?) at home.

This year sales are on a new head coach FSU, UVa, Miami, Miss St, Duke, Jax St, and G-W at home.

The fact that we are within 200 tickets a few weeks out is a pretty big boost for the AA. If we had not switched coaches, we would probably be 4000 tickets off of last years total. But I am just guessing. I'm sure the AA had a pretty good idea how much sales would be down this season without and without a coaching change.
