How would you honestly rank the ACC?

Tech fans are myopic in their view of the ACC, i.e. Duke>>>>GT the last 4 years.

I guess? We still finished above them in conference standings 3 out of the last 4 years. I get head to head is the ultimate tie breaker, but if you're ranking the whole conference, how do you rank the teams that we beat that beat them?
