goes down both Tech and UVA should still get bowls games. Ole Miss might get left out in the cold because as I understand it teams with better records have to go to bowls before .500 teams can this season thanks to the 12th game.

Would suit me just fine to bump an SECheat team out of a bowl spot.

<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">It doesn't work that way - teams with better records from within the conference go first. Ole Miss will get one of the SEC's bowl slots.
 
As I understand it, this rule only applies to teams within the conference of the 6-6 team, i.e. only SEC teams with better records.
