EVERY game we've played this year as a "Ranked team" we've lost the next game. I just wish we could stay under the radar...:pat::dunno::confused:

how are we going to be a 'very' good team if we stay under radar?

Oh, I know of a way, let's get out of FBS and even FCS, and however many we win, we won't get in the top 25. Would that make you happy?

Good teams are consistently ranked. Look at programs like USC, Ohio State, Texas, and Oklahoma...it's very rare that they ever fall out of the rankings.

Our fanbase needs to get over the inferiority complex and realize that if we're NOT ranked very much over the next 5-10 years, then we didn't reach the level we hoped to reach. Also, we didn't lose those games because we were ranked....we lost from a lack of execution and too many turnovers. If we do those things on Saturday, we will very likely lose again, whether there is a two-digit number next to our name or not.

We've also sucked it up the next game every time we've crushed a team. We are also 2-2 on the road.

Just don't look at the rankings. I'm sure that Paul and the players aren't getting overconfident because of it. But it does really help us out with positive news coverage and recruiting.

Throw out all the statistics and all the superstitions for rivalry games. That is one thing I have learned over the past few years. A rivalry game is in a season to itself.

I wish we were higher. The way it's set up now, I fully expect that if we beat Georgia, the idiots behind the polls will rank them one or two spots in front of us.

Note that we're still the underdog pretty bad in this one. 11 points last I saw.

Also, Kyle, we crushed MSU then turned around and crushed Duke.
