Reading your sig JTS....could Tenuta become the HC and still be our DC? I know he likes to be in the box. Also, I know HCs that like to be the OC, but I dont know any who DC, I dont think I do atleast?

challenge you as an honored former player, but your coach wasn't all that.

He had a losing record against the dawgs.

He never even beat Ray Goof.

He squandered the senior year of the most talented QB we have ever had with a suck a$$ defense. Hell, he even lost to Wake Forest.

He told GT to kiss off the first time he received a "better" job offer.

His handling of the athletes and their academics led to flunkgate and our first and only probation.

The above has led to severe distractions to our HC and staff handling the off the field issues.

The resulting probation has impacted depth available to those same football coaches and limiting the resources they need to win.

And his lying a$$ was exposed before the whole country, bringing shame on himself and our Institute.

Now if you have to come kick my a$$, so be it. I am 5-9, 145, and a cyclist but I'll just have to take my licks :grin:
 
Thank you Nate, for saying exactly what I was going to. 9-4 = 7-4 +Troy +Samford. This guy sucks. I'll give him the recrutiing class and I don't want to go up against the other schools right now in trying to lure a great coach. But next year, Gailey better show me something unbelievable, because he needs to go.
 
Hey Nate, what does Coleman Rudolph say? Does he even say anything anymore?

Does Coleman Rudolph, attending the SEC Championship game yesterday instead of the ACC Championship game speak for itself?

I think the probation findings during the O'L years speak volumes about flunkgate as well. But I do note you chose not to address the probation issue.

QB Situation = 2 words. Ralph Friedgen. Look at O'L without him. Hell, he even lost to a rookie HC in the UGA game that year while he was chasing his beloved ND. COuld make a case that he got blown out in a 2 TD game where they physically pounded the hell out us and touched a knee inside the 10 to end the game.

Wishful thinking = No, just reciting facts regarding the O'L situation. Gailey should be judged on his own body of work not with backward comparisons to O'L.

Wishful thinking = Yes, always as it concerns my jackets and the young men who represent us.

You misunderstood my question. you said that you talk to former players. I'm just asking if you talk to Coleman Rudolph. And if you do, what does he say?

I agree with all of the points that you have made. I wasn't trying to imply that you have turned your back on Tech. If Coleman has truly given up on Tech, then shame on him. I commend you for standing up to be heard, and bringing the perspective of a former player. If your opinions are in the majority, then I wish that more of you would speak out. I don't think that Gailey is the right person for the job either. I lack the authority that you speak with...So shout it from the mountaintops brother
 
You Oleary bashers were probably B*** L**** worshippers just a few years before.. Regardless of how things ended with GT and OLeary, he did more for GT than CG will ever do (based on what he has shown me so far)...
