Came back from break with the quote that Johnson said tell Eric Zeir that high school offense worked pretty well, adams says "and coach paul johnson choose to worry about wat a color commentator said over a month ago his choice i guess"..... and he overall just is whinning his a#$ off.

Heard that also. Damn funny how all the "quotes" seem to come back to bite those in the ass. I'm looking forward to hearing all of the excuses as to why GT won the game. :laugher:

uga fan just came on the radio and said d lost the game, and no one cares about us (Tech). and yeah adams can be tolerable, but he is now blaming the loss in a smary way on the fact that some of these guys wont care because they will be sleeping in mansions in 6 months. jeez anything besides saying we just won the football game.
 
Adams is a complete fool, maybe we can wash our hands of that station real soon...THWG!!!!!!!!!!!
 
i wish i could say i didnt know, but hes a radio personality on 790 the zone HOME OF THE GEORGIA TECH YELLOW JACKETS, yeah right

I can name a couple of dawgs that I do hope are sleeping in mansions in 6 months, a year or two prior to graduation would be good for Tech!

I don't listen to Atlanta sports radio so i am not familiar with these radio "personalities" that are mentioned on the boards. 790 may be our flagship station but comments appear to indicate they play to dawg audiences. Probably a good business decision given their numbers. Wes has hinted a couple of times that 106.7 FM may be our new home next year. I think it is a music station but at least it will be a better signal. With CPJ in the fold we will get better play on these talk shows in the future.

Brandon Adams is the co-host of 790 The Zone’s newest show, Brandon and Woolveywith Jeff Woolverton, weekdays from 11a-1p. After graduating from the University of Georgia, he began teaching 2nd grade, but quickly sought part-time opportunities in radio.

He's a tool.

Well, his show with Woolverton is pretty decent, Jeff holds up the Tech side pretty well. I don't hold any grudge against Adams, he is pretty honest about being a Ugag fan.
 
Brandon Adams taught my son in 2nd grade. He'll always have that to fall back on if the Dawg-loving gig doesn't work out for him.

If you like smarmy know it alls with a fatman lisp and a guy that sounds like he's sucking helium the entire show then I agree with you. Adams and Woolverton at best are guests on other shows. The fact that they have their own show is a travesty of talk radio.

B. Adams doesn't belong on the radio, but I have to disagree about Woolverton. He knows what he is talking about. Eventhough he is a FSU grad, he is nothing but positive about GT, even when FSU was in town. Granted, it may just be his job, but it sounds like he believes it to me. He is the one person on our "flagship" that thinks GT is a serious team. Atleast it seems that way to me.
