Truthfully, I thought we would be 0 - 3 with our butts handed to us by AUB and FSU, not 1 - 2 with the win coming against AUB and our "D" flying all over the field. I figured by this time that the ship would be sinking and Captain Gailey would go down with it. I am very proud of our team's tenacity and very pleased that Coach Gailey has Tech prepared and ready to go out and lay it on the line. Can y'all believe we are all sitting here with bowl aspirations and expecting to win everytime we hit the field. I do agree with an earlier post that we've got to find a couple of defensive players that can rotate in and spell some of our starters even if it is a drastic reduction in talent. Otherwise our starters will be leg weary and beaten up by the second half of the season. Hopefully over the next 9 games we can build a lead in some games and do more substituting. Look for this Tech team to react opposite of last year's team after the FSU loss, I expect this team to come out mad and put a whippin on CLEMP-SUN. Who would have thunk it????

I hope our team does not become discouraged
after the tough loss. They have every reason
to be confident in their ability to win.
There is no team left on the schedule, includ-
ing Georgia, that will have a defensive front
like FSU's.
I believe Tech has an equal or better chance
against every team left on our schedule. I
feel much better about Gailey's chances of building a consistent winner at Tech. He
and his staff has shown they can coach.
Hopefully, they will be able to upgrade
recruiting.

It looked like Reggie was soaking up the loss after the game. I hope that gets imprinted well and He takes it to heart. I would love to help cheer him to a 3-1 record for his career over F$U!
 
Good point, signalmt. Reggie has been imprinted (nod to Ron Hubbard) with this loss. We're gonna beat FSU while Reggie's here. More than once I suspect.
