was good for us as a team. I think our players were overly cocky and it almost bit them in the ass. However i think we will be more focused going into miami now. We got our bubble popped but still managed to take the win.

As of right now boys we are 2-0 bring on Thug U.

I actually feel pretty confident. We were able to play like **** for nearly an entire game against a damn good opponent and still found a way to drive down the field and win. Our team showed heart at the end and that helps a team grow. Nesbitt will be much better for this. He looked frustrated most of the night and played horrible. He fought though and carried the offense when it came down to it. Everybody has a bad game now in then. I'll get concerned if he does this consistently.

I hope we go in as the underdogs. Unlikely given that people know we owned them last year and we'll be ranked higher, but apparently "DA U" is back and we did not have an excellent game today.

If Tech is favored I would be surprised... Vegas will have the Thugs by 3.5

Indeed, its one thing to try and get college kids to understand they have to play with intensity for at least 3 quarters when your main example is an FCS team that never really stood a chance. Doing the same against a team that could of (probably say they did) shove the ball back down your throat and come up with a win on you is much more educational.

This game showed that we didn't learn not to let up from our first game. Next week we will learn if it is a lesson the team is capable of learning.
