I would hope that if it is Key, he would let his OC and DC make the final decision in selecting the coaches that report to each. That's the best, if not the only way, that you can make them fully accountable.

Perhaps bring him back as RB/Asst. HC with more responsibilities than just RB coach. Basically the same titles/responsibilities that brought Key over from Bama.

If GT is dumb enough to hire Key as head coach, I have no sympathy for the new AD or the fan base. At some point, you have to stop making the same mistakes.
