Chan Gailey (sp) he looks like the MORAL choice anyway. He's a big Christian and has a pretty successful track record. I think EVERY NFL team he's been associated with has been a perennial winner. I beelieve BOTH the Steelers AND Broncos made the Superbowl when he was the OC. Of course he also spent two successful years with the Cowboys as well...they made the playoffs both years. All APPEARS good. IF it is him, I'm happy. I have been secretly jealous of "good guy" Mark Richt since his welcome to Dog-land press conference last winter. Tech needs an honorable, upright, moral force to head the football program. We'll see...

Meanwhile, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!! God has blessed us richly as GT fans and EVEN MORE as Christians. I know I'm blessed to BEE a part of the Tech family (and I didn't even go there, just been a diehard fan since my youth.)

well, as the word is being passed along it appears that EVERYONE is pretty happy, except for the leghumpers.

I want to be the first to say I was WRONG with some of the shots I took at Braine. If this pans out he certainly has done his JOB.

I feel w/ the NFL experience CG is going to have some recruiting edges that should help us get the 16 or 17 we needed this year. So the late start will not be fatal.

Yeah, strangely enough I went off to find a couple of "rah rah Chan" threads when we hired his dumb ass. That was the closest thing I could find. Some bible banger railing about how god had something to do with football.

I'm sorry, but you need some help my friend....go down to Borders Book Store to the self help section. There you should find a book titled..."How Not To Be a Douche Bag" Cheaper than a visit to the psych.
