@ Colorado St & host Oregon St. The Bulldogs are doing a heck of a job in scheduling major intersectional teams. As mentioned previously on Stingtalk, the Dogs played Wisconsin, Oregon, Oregon St & Colo St in '02.
Hard to tell if they need the money this bad or if they are really trying to establish a major name for themselves. Of course, the WAC offers little in building a national name, so it may be that they actually want to be able to play with the likes of PAC10 teams. The opening run of big upsets in '01 almost carried them to a major Bowl bid with David Carr, until 2 unexplicable losses ended that. Anyway, here's a link to their '03 schedule announcement.
